A collection of 8 luxury apartments in Bellevue Hill presenting as a contemporary built-form comprising a carefully selected palette of materials which promote and highlight various building elements.

Mimicking the existing residential streetscape subdivision pattern with a gesture to the former dwellings on the site, with the unique subdivision pattern where the which are irregular in format.

The floor plates reflect the underlying topography, with the ground and first floor levels designed to open onto private courtyards at the front and rear setbacks respectively.
An irregular shaped site wedged between two opposing boundaries
The design responds to this with traditional alignment to the primary boundaries, connecting the two protruding forms by a central breezeway.

Clear separation provides natural light and ventilation to the lobbies, pronouncing the pedestrian thoroughfare.
