Palm is an exclusive collection of beachfront residences, 8 levels made up of 24 apartments, resting above 4 retail premises. Combining large floor-plans and generous outdoor spaces with panoramic ocean and park views, located in the heart of Cronulla, walking distance from South Cronulla Beach.

The design is characterised by undulating contours and rounded edges, across the façade, bronze battens imbue rhythm and depth while affording added privacy to the residences. The podium represents a grounded look with heavier balcony banding treatments wrapped around with greens planting spilling over, while the floating balcony slabs on the upper levels feature tapered vertical battens that form a central spine accentuating the verticality and light expression of the design.

Designed to intensify connections between nature and architecture, building materials were inspired from the surrounding. Earthy sandstone, sandy timbers, greens and white textured walls.
“The ripples and contours that exist in the local landscape have inspired the layered banding that defines the built form. Intensified layers on the lower levels ground the podium, with a lightened sense of detailing sweeping the upper levels.”
