At the heart of the design is variety and livability. The development offers a mix of two- and three-bedroom apartments to suit a range of lifestyles, with layouts carefully planned around natural light, ventilation, and flexible living. Each home has its own private outdoor space that flows directly from the main living areas, reinforcing an easy indoor–outdoor lifestyle. Contemporary finishes—including metal cladding, timber detailing, and composite panels—add both durability and style, while the overall design responds to Bondi’s vibrant character and contributes positively to the neighbourhood’s long-term growth.
A BOLD NEW VISION
Through the acquisition of the neighbouring property, this project now spans 2911sqm across Hall Street and Roscoe Street. A big step up from the original 2023 approval for a 17-unit mixed-use building. The new design brings 31 apartments to the area, mostly two and three bedrooms, spread across a five-storey Hall Street building and a smaller four-storey building fronting Roscoe Street.
