MIRA
Fusing Japanese and European aesthetics, Mira’s seductive curves soften the clean lines, with the reflective shimmer of light on glass adding depth to the facade. This 3-storey residential building is comprised of 15 apartments and basement car parking.
The highly articulated Bunyula Rd and O'Sullivan Rd facades incorporate carefully-designed building elements. Each part of the external corners and façade are characterised by articulated form with open, corner balconies featuring curved blade walls. The metal batten planter boxes reduce visual bulk and create interesting architectural patterns in proportions and scale.
From within, the floor-to-ceiling windows bring light and greenery inside, opening up a vast sense of space in every residence. Colour and material selections have been made to create a consistent building language throughout the development, providing a strong visual link and seamless transition to the streetscape.
